Sweet ‘n innocent-looking Cody Bergerud was born and raised in this progressive, idyllic paradise. It was the perfect place to grow up, but as he got older and more politically aware, he became disillusioned with local politics that made it difficult to enact change. So Cody did what many frustrated young people do in search of meaning in the 21st century—he took off without telling his parents. Cody left for the war-zone in Syria to try to help people caught in conflict.

Sleepover takes us inside an unusual social encounter, where three complete strangers agree to meet in different places—from a highrise condo to an island yurt—for an evening, night, and morning together.
In each episode, with Sook-Yin’s guidance, one stranger takes the spotlight and presents a problem from their life. The other two offer advice and bring up related experiences from their own unique perspectives.
