Russia is brushing off Britain’s accusation that it poisoned a former spy, ignoring a deadline set by Prime Minister Theresa May to provide answers regarding what happened. Russia still denies any involvement with the nerve agent used on Sergei Skripal and his daughter — and is pushing its own theories, some on state television. Now the U.K. is contemplating means of retaliation.
