Trump visits Mexico border, says he’d declare emergency if border wall isn’t funded

U.S. President Donald Trump visited the border with Mexico, as part of his campaign to get a wall built between the two nations. The president said it is likely he would declare a national emergency to secure funds for his long-sought wall if an agreement with Democrats in Congress to provide the money isn’t reached.
