Activists blast police apology for handling of Dafonte Miller’s beating

Toronto’s interim police chief apologized and said the force made the wrong call by not initially reporting the assault of Dafonte Miller at the hands of an off-duty officer to the police watchdog, but Black activists say the apology doesn’t go far enough.
